Bert Farrell is a seasoned venture partner, startup coach, and innovation strategist with almost three decades of experience in early-stage business development, venture building, and ecosystem design.
Based in Ireland, he is the co-founder of Armstrong Studio and Zoosh Group, both dedicated to supporting ambitious founders through the critical early phases of startup creation.
He is also one of the driving forces behind Bertie, an AI-powered venture-building platform designed to democratise access to startup support. Bertie accelerates the validation and development of startup ideas, enabling 24/7 digital acceleration complemented by experienced human co-pilots. The platform aims to expand the quantity of quality validated ideas entering the startup funnel at significantly reduced costs.
With a career spanning multiple sectors—including technology, logistics, and digital innovation—he has a proven track record of guiding startups from concept to market. He has been instrumental in supporting ventures like Tixserve, IDASO, Clubspot, and Kyzentree Technologies, which have gained traction in both the US and Europe. Until recently, he sat on the advisory board for Occupop before it was acquired.
He also has extensive experience in entrepreneur development, having served as Programme Manager for Enterprise Ireland’s New Frontiers programme.
