Alan leads customer service across all departments and channels, working to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy. Alan has worked in many different sectors of the I.T industry for over 20 years ranging from large Multi Nationals to Indigenous SME firms before joining Blacknight in July of 2011.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Alan is passionate about meteorology.He operates his own professional weather station, providing local weather information, and is actively involved in community initiatives that promote technology education.
